| Overall Review: EV1Servers used to be known as RackShack, a very reputable host program that offers unmanaged dedicated servers. Compared to other dedicated webhosting service, EV1Servers has VERY good prices and offers LOTS more bandwidth than other hosts. The only problem with unmanaged dedicated servers is that you need to be a good server admin or be able to find someone to manage your servers for you. If you've got the knowledge, got the time, knows how to manage all the apache, mysql, php stuff well, definitely choose EV1. But....on the other hand, if you NO CLUE what those terms mentioned mean, you're better off with those more expensive but managed dedicated servers. |
